Taking charge of the site from a 2 week lead in period, working on the demo and strip of a 75,000sq ft Office building over the following 8 weeks. The contract involved the following elements.

 

• Transformer Isolation
• Extensive Electrical Isolation and Switch Gear Removal
• Complete M&E strip out from all floors and Roof
• All partition walls removed
• All carpet removed

• Damaged Raised Access Flooring Replaced
• Risers stripped of all M&E

• Crane Lift all Plant off of the Roof

• Large Scale Extensive Waste Management

• Secure & Weather seal site for temp close down

 

The site was left ready for Cat A works to commence at a later date.
