Working on a specialist Aspergers Unit to a School in Reading, this job was a Prefab Building with a comprehensive groundworks package to integrate this new unit into an existing school during occupied term dates. Whilst on this contract I achieved a “Performance Beyond Compliance” with the Considerate Constructors Scheme.

• Demolition of 3 buildings on site

• New Gas, Electric and Water utilities

• Cantilevered Foundations over public water lines

• Prefab structures craned into place

• External brickwork package

• Flatroofing and gutter works

• Complete M&E package

• Drylinging, tape & Joint, Fire proofing

• Decorating

• Old reworking and new fence install

• Snagging, completion & handover
