This contract was in an occupied commercial building in Reading town center, it comprised of a fitout to part of the internal space and an exterior face lift too.

• Site Setup and Occupation of Construction areas

• Scaffold wrap to all elevations with Environment Agency & Local Council licenses

• Crane lift of Plant Equipment onto the roof

• Internal strip out to ground and 1st floor

• Gaining professional surveyors reports to dictate the scope of works

• Remedial work to the pitched slate roof areas

• Cat A Spec with 1 floor suspended ceiling and 1 floor exposed services

• Doff clean and paint selected parts of the external elevations

• New Entrance canopy & “Industrial” feel reception fitout
