• Drive electricians through 1st & 2nd fix.

• Drive plumbers through 1st & 2nd fix.
• Block paving, Resin paving, Tarmac

• Connect all surface drainage to RW connections.

• Foundations and Brickwork to Retaining walls.
• Installation of an external tensioned canvas cover. 

• Installatio of a Geodesic Horticulture Pod.
• Linking Utilities (Water & Electric) into the building.
• Bathroom, Toilet and Cabinetry installations.

• All Joinery for Doors and skirting throughout.
