No.1 site manager for a £2.2m new build residential project. I was brought onto site with the structure completed but it still needed topping out, glazing, cladding plus all internal works and external groundworks to be completed. I was required to tackle critical issues head on without any hesitation to drive it through to completion. 

• Roof structure, insulate and single ply membrane.

• Screed all dwellings and communal areas.
• Complete Lift shaft build plus install lift.

• Dry Lining, MF Ceiling and Plastering

• Kitchen and Bathroom fitting throughout
• Comprehensive Cladding package to all elevations
