No.1 site manager working with a site based project manager on a £4.1m Cut & Carve Cat A fit out project to a commercial premises. The scope of work includes the following:

• Demo Curtain Wall & related block work

• Alter and extend foundations

• Install new curtain walling around the building
• Installation of new fire lines
• Demo old and re-build of new internal toilet facilities
• Re-Work drainage to suit
• construct new lift shaft and install new lift
• Install new stair case to Reception area
• Re-Line gutter channels on roof
• Clean & Repair pitched tiled roof
• Additional Insulation to create air seal

• New Vented Air and Air Con mechanics throughout
• New Raised access flooring throughout
• New Suspended ceiling & lighting
• Remove Skylight and Install Single Ply Flat roof
• Run new mains electric into the building
