No.1 site manager for a £1.9m Prefab New Build. Working to a rigid program with no space for movement due to school term dates, I was on site from Day 1 to completion and handover.

• Site Set Up & Mobilisation.
• To read and review contractors RAMS.
• Take ownership of Health & Safety documentation.
• Work with Building Control througout the contract.

• Communicate with Rail track due to proximity.
• Reduce Dig for the site and 

• Expose old Foul sewer line & implement a divertion.
• Excavate and Pour Pad and Strip foundations
• Lay all new FW & RW including attenuation tank.

• Crane 44 Prefab structures into place.

• Complete internal fit out.
• External cladding to the outside of the building.
• To connect new Water & Electric to the building.
• To create & surface all external car park's & paving.
• Create 2no slabs and erect 2no Cycle shelters
