No.1 site manager working with a visiting Contracts Manager on a Fastrack 6 week programme 250k Cat B fit out project to 1 floor of commercial building on Slough Trading Estate. The scope of work includes the following:

• Alter existing Ductwork & AC to suit new layout

• Install New compressor and FCU for Comms room

• New partition walls and glass througout the floor

• New Small power Electrak under the floor

• New Data cable & racks, terminate and test
• Install a new Kitchen Tea point & plumbing to suit
• Install Lockers for staff
• AV package for TV's and Training rooms
• New Floor finishes throughout

• Decoration to new partitions only

• Furniture Installation ready for use
